Virginia Safe Haven Law
Safe Haven Laws provide a pathway for new mothers in desperate situations to place their newborn children in a safe place at a hospital or other emergency medical service location, including fire stations. Across America, these laws are saving many lives and assist frightened mothers to make wise decisions to protect themselves and their babies.

Virginia has a Safe Haven Law, allowing a newborn to be surrendered anonymously up to 30 days after birth. Please share these details with anyone in need.
