Healing After Abortion

Abortion affects so many lives through the often-hidden influences of guilt, shame, anger, or difficulty trusting others, and it can be a wound that time does not heal. In fact, it can take years before you may feel the full impact of an abortion.

Our church values and cares about you.  We would be glad to walk alongside you through prayer and healing opportunities within the church, as well as point you to other excellent resources in the broader Northern Virginia area and online.

Please reach out.  There is healing, restoration, and freedom in Christ.  All conversations are confidential.

Healing Service for Infant Loss at TFCA

This special healing service is offered once a year (usually in January or February) and focuses on prayer for those who have experienced the deep pain of infant loss through miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, or the early death of a child.  There is opportunity for confidential personal prayer at the end of the service.

Memorial Garden at TFCA

A sacred space for prayer and reflection adjacent to the Sanctuary.  The garden includes a special plaque in remembrance of children lost before or at birth. When you come for a visit, please go first to TFCA's offices on the 3rd floor of the 6565 Arlington Blvd office building to request a key.

See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven. (Mat 18:10)
